Payment Policy Update

Lokai Rose no longer accepts separate deposit and balance payments for summer camp. Instead, we have transitioned to a "pay in full" model. We believe this adjustment will simplify the payment process and allow us to better focus on creating an enriching and memorable camp experience for your children!

Key points of the updated payment policy:

  1. Full Payment:

    • We appreciate parents & guardians making the full payment for summer camp upfront on our website. This one-time payment will cover the entire cost of your child's participation in the camp.

  2. Nonrefundable Deposit:

    • Each full payment includes a $50 deposit. The $50 deposit per child will remain nonrefundable because we begin customizing your child's camp experience far in advance.

  3. Refund Eligibility:

    • Due to the close proximity between the registration date and the camp date, the balance of the payment (i.e. the total camp price minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit) for the Love Your Planet camp is never refundable.

    • The balance of the payment (i.e. the total camp price minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit) is eligible for a refund for all camps EXCEPT Love Your Planet if registration is cancelled on or before April 30, 2026.  After this date, the full payment becomes nonrefundable, as it allows us to finalize arrangements and ensure a smooth camp experience for all participants.

Sibling Discount

Sibling Discount Details:

Lokai Rose is proud to be offering sibling discounts to show our appreciation for families with multiple children participating in our summer camps. Here's how it works:

  • The first child attending camp will pay the full registration price.

  • Parents & guardians will receive a 10% discount on the registration fee for each additional sibling attending camp.

This means that while the first child pays the regular rate, subsequent siblings will enjoy a 10% reduction in their registration fee. It's our way of making the summer camp experience more accessible and enjoyable for families with multiple children!

Water Warriors is a 3-day summer camp designed specifically for older campers, beginning with current 4th graders and up. This experience builds on everything campers loved about our water programs while going deeper into hands-on exploration, discovery, and outdoor adventure! Campers will spend time learning about water quality, aquatic life, and how our waterways connect across different environments, while also enjoying plenty of time in and around the water. Throughout the week, we’ll explore streams, splash pads, pools, and natural waterways at multiple parks, giving campers the chance to experience how water looks, feels, and functions in different settings. Activities include searching for stream critters, sifting for fossils, building nature-based boats, and participating in water-focused games and challenges. Water Warriors gives older campers the space to explore more independently, ask bigger questions, and truly connect with the water systems that shape our local environment!
