Celebrating 10 Years of Summer Camp

Lokai Rose is buzzing with excitement as we kick off our 10th year of summer camps, marking a spectacular decade of outdoor adventures and eco-friendly fun! The excitement is contagious as we gear up for this special milestone, ready to fill the summer with extra enthusiasm and brand new camp experiences. What sets this year apart is our exciting collaboration with Passaic County, which promises to introduce fresh, nature-centric experiences for our participants. This partnership aligns seamlessly with our mission to inspire a respect for the natural world, encouraging kids to explore, learn, and develop a passion for the planet. As we anticipate a summer filled with outdoor exploration, environmental discovery, and friendships, Lokai Rose is planning to make this 10th anniversary a celebration of nature, growth, and lasting memories. Here's to a decade of wild and unforgettable adventures!

Payment Policy Update

Starting this year, Lokai Rose will no longer be accepting a separate deposit and balance payments for summer camp. Instead, we have transitioned to a "pay in full" model. We believe this adjustment will simplify the payment process and allow us to better focus on creating an enriching and memorable camp experience for your children!

Key points of the new payment policy:

  1. Full Payment:

    • We appreciate parents & guardians making the full payment for summer camp upfront on our website. This one-time payment will cover the entire cost of your child's participation in the camp.

  2. Nonrefundable Deposit:

    • Each full payment includes a $50 deposit. The $50 deposit per child will remain nonrefundable because we begin customizing your child's camp experience far in advance.

  3. Refund Eligibility:

    • The balance of the payment (i.e. the total camp price minus the $50 nonrefundable deposit) is eligible for a refund if registration is canceled before February 15th for spring camp, and before April 30th for all other camps. After these dates, the full payment becomes nonrefundable, as it allows us to finalize arrangements and ensure a smooth camp experience for all participants.

Sibling Discount

Sibling Discount Details:

Lokai Rose is proud to be offering sibling discounts to show our appreciation for families with multiple children participating in our summer camps. Here's how it works:

  • The first child attending camp will pay the full registration price.

  • Parents & guardians will receive a 10% discount on the registration fee for each additional sibling attending camp.

This means that while the first child pays the regular rate, subsequent siblings will enjoy a 10% reduction in their registration fee. It's our way of making the summer camp experience more accessible and enjoyable for families with multiple children!

How to apply the discount at checkout (no code needed):

Hands-on activities and guided explorations will help campers welcome spring in a new and exciting way.

This unique camp experience centers around inspiring young people to use their voices. Throughout the week, we will assist them in preparing a wildlife presentation for their families.
