People are often afraid of bugs and Lokai Rose would like to change that! Insects and arachnids aren’t appreciated for the things they do such as; pollinating, cleaning soil, and regulating natural cycles. Humans need these amazing ‘creepy’ crawlers! Activities include daily bug searches, career studies, and preserved bug pinning. Explorations will reveal the secret world of bugs and campers will uncover a newfound appreciation for some of the most ancient, diverse, and misunderstood creatures on Earth. Campers will finish this 3 day experience by presenting a bug project to their families on the last day at our own Bug Exhibition!
