Lokai Rose’s 2nd Annual Wildheart Festival & Fundraiser
A day of nature, heart, and hands-on fun, all in support of the rescued animals who call our sanctuary home!
This fundraiser is a celebration for the entire Lokai Rose community, with activities and experiences for guests of all ages. Whether you are a current camp family, an alum, a grandparent, a friend, or visiting for the first time, everyone is invited to join us for a fun-filled day supporting the Lokai Rose Foundation and its mission of conservation education and exotic pet rescue. Think of it as a "Bring Your Parent to Camp" experience, where you can enjoy the magic of Lokai Rose through the eyes of our campers while discovering everything our foundation has to offer.
Proceeds go directly toward the care and wellbeing of our rescued animals, as well as our current efforts of moving our rescue into a new & bigger location!

Wildheart Festival – FAQs
Q: Do I need a ticket to attend?
Yes! A valid ticket is required for every attendee ages 2 and up in order to enter and participate in the festival. Be sure to purchase tickets for every person in your group, including adults.
Q: What does my ticket include? Will I have to pay for anything else?
Your ticket gives you access to a full day of family-friendly activities, including nature walks, bug searches, eco-art projects, and more!
There will also be food and merchandise for sale, along with a few optional activities that may have a small additional cost. All proceeds go directly toward caring for our rescued animals.
You're not required to purchase anything extra, and you’re welcome to pack a lunch and picnic in the park, or even leave to grab food and come back. This is a come-and-go-at-your-leisure kind of day — no pressure, just fun and impact.
Q: Is there a schedule of events?
Yes! A full schedule will be shared before the event. When you arrive, you'll have the opportunity to sign up for the sessions and activities you want to attend — just keep in mind that spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Q: What happens if I don't sign up for an activity?
Don’t worry! There will be plenty to enjoy between scheduled sessions, including food vendors, nature play areas, the Camp Hope playground, merchandise booths, and ongoing eco-friendly activities. There’s always something to do!
Q: What’s the first thing we should plan on attending?
We highly recommend arriving in time for our big welcome ceremony at 10am! It kicks off the festival and features several of our beloved rescued ambassador animals — it's a can't-miss moment that sets the tone for the whole day.
Q: Do I need to bring my ticket with me?
You’re welcome to bring your ticket (printed or digital), but it’s not required. We’ll have your name on file at check-in.
Q: Are tickets refundable or transferrable?
Tickets are non-refundable due to the nature of this fundraising event. However, they are transferrable — if you can’t attend, you’re welcome to give or sell your ticket to someone else. Just note that Lokai Rose is not involved in or responsible for third-party sales or trades, and keep in mind that you will need to either provide the ticket or tell us the name of the original purchaser at check-in.
