Thank you for your interest in our 2024 gift wrapping fundraiser! All of the proceeds earned through our fundraising efforts during this holiday season will go directly towards habitat upgrades for our rescued animals.

Make holiday prep a breeze this season with Lokai Rose's 2024 gift wrapping fundraiser! Perfect for busy individuals or anyone looking to add a unique, personal touch to their gifts, our wrapping service offers beautifully packaged presents that truly stand out. As part of our commitment to the environment, we will be using eco-friendly supplies for this event, including the wrapping paper, tape, labels, embellishments, and ribbon.

Packages

To make your experience as smooth and convenient as possible, we’re offering pre-scheduled time slots for all gift services! Registration is required for participation. Please note that each reserved time slot requires a non-refundable donation upon booking.  Prices vary depending on package(s) selected.

Wrapping Paper Options

To wrap your gifts, you can choose our premium eco-friendly wrapping paper for a small additional flat fee, or simply bring your favorite wrapping paper for us to use for no additional cost. This way, we can ensure your gifts are wrapped just the way you like, while contributing to a sustainable holiday season! The prices listed are not per gift!

Winter Woodland Wrapping Paper

Gift Labels

In order to keep gifts from getting mixed up, we ask that you please fill out the form below and bring it with you to your gift wrapping session. This will ensure you know exactly which gift is which once it is wrapped! If you would like to use your own gift tags feel free to bring them. Otherwise, we will be using the recycled gift tags pictured below!

Ribbon

For no additional charge, choose between raffia ribbon or twine as an extra festive touch on any of the presents we are wrapping! You are not required to use either option if you prefer not to.

Add-Ons (Optional)

​Enhance your gift-wrapping experience with our festive add-ons! Add-ons can be added on the day of the event while supplies last . Please note that pre booking is the only way to guarantee that these festive embellishments will be available for your gifts!

Embellish gifts of your choosing with dried orange slices and macrame leaves! Please note that the price is PER gift.
  • Are the donations tax-deductible?
    Yes, donations are tax-deductible. You can use your receipt of donation, or request a more formal receipt via email for your records.
  • How many gifts should I bring for the package I choose?
    Please refer to the attached document for gift wrapping estimates for all 3 packages
  • How will the gift wrapper know what to write on the name tags?
    We ask that you please fill out this form and bring it with your gifts during your timeframe. This way, we can label all presents as we go!
  • How many people will be wrapping my gifts?
    There will be 1 volunteer wrapping gifts for each booking!
  • If I don't need gifts wrapped, are there other ways to support the cause?
    Yes! We have an online fundraiser happening to help support our animals during the holiday season. Click here to check it out! We will also be selling Lokai Rose merchandise at Camp Hope during the event for anyone who wants to stop by.
  • What should I do while my gifts are being wrapped?
    Lokai Rose will provide complimentary refreshments to enjoy while you wait for your gifts to be wrapped. What you do with the rest of your free time is entirely up to you! ☺️
  • Can I book more than 1 time slot or package type?
    You absolutely can! Please note that if you book more than 1, you may have a different gift wrapper for each session depending on availability.

Meet Boots!

One of our beloved rescues in particular need of a habitat upgrade is Boots, our red-footed tortoise. Nearly a decade ago, Boots was surrendered to our founders in poor health due to an inadequate diet and unsuitable living conditions. Since coming into our care, Boots has not only recovered but has thrived, growing steadily and becoming a wonderful ambassador for our mission. Boots currently resides in an 8ft x 4ft greenhouse at Lokai Rose; however, his rapid growth and increasing needs now call for a more spacious environment.

This holiday season, funds raised will go directly towards constructing a new custom habitat designed to support Boots' continued well-being and growth. This project will ensure he has ample space to explore and thrive while enabling us to enhance the quality of care we provide to all of our rescues.

Your support will make a meaningful difference in the lives of not only Boots, but all of his fellow rescues at Lokai Rose.
